The latest available release is the Eleveo Cloud Native release. Take advantage of a true cloud solution with Eleveo ECN.

ECN Release Notes

V 10.0.2 has been withdrawn from the Portal.
The ISO for version 10.0.2 has been withdrawn due to an issue with a UI component. At this time, we do not recommend installing this version. A new version will be made available shortly. For those who have already deployed this version, no action is required.

Eleveo On-Premise RELEASE

The latest available major Version is 10.1 - This is a Feature to Market Version and contains WFO, WFM, User Management and Speech Generative AI.

This version can be easily upgraded from version 9.x and will be supported for a standard period of two years.

Also, please review the release notes for all of the recent versions carefully as some functionality has changed.

The UCCX Eleveo Survey Script is now available for Eleveo v 10.x. Please download the example file and follow the documentation to ensure successful deployment.

End of Life Update - LTS Version

Version 7.1 - EOS June 2024

Version 7.1 will reach its end-of-support date (EOS) in June 2024. The last maintenance version will be released at that time. Version 9.4 is a replacement for version 7.1.

To support our customers during this transition period, Eleveo will offer limited support for version 7.1 until the end of 2025 with the following important limitations:

Patching of critical application or security issues will be performed on a case-by-case basis
The operating system will no longer be patched as the vendor discontinues support
Eleveo may decide to release ad hoc patches for third-party components
No regular maintenance patches will be provided
