🔑Important Update: New SSO Solution for Eleveo Portal – Action Required

We are excited to announce the implementation of a new Single Sign-On (SSO) solution for our Eleveo Portal. This enhancement is part of our ongoing efforts to improve security and streamline your experience with our systems.

What does this mean for you?

To ensure a smooth transition, all users are required to reset their passwords through our new SSO system. This is a one-time process that will enhance the security of your account and provide a more seamless login experience going forward.

The latest available major Version is 9.7 - This is a Feature To Market Version (F2M) Version and contains WFO, WFM, User Management and Speech Generative AI.

This version will be equipped with Rocky Linux 8 (supported by the vendor until 2029) and data will be stored in a separate storage space (partition). We will soon release a Long-Term Support (LTS) version that can be easily upgraded from version 9.x and will be supported for a standard period of two years. The hardware specifications of 9 and the future LTS version will be very similar. Version 9 will completely replace version 7.

Also, please review the release notes for all of the recent versions carefully as some functionality has changed.

End of Life Update - LTS Version

Version 7.1 - EOS June 2024

Version 7.1 will reach its end-of-support date (EOS) in June 2024. The last maintenance version will be released at that time. Version 9.4 is a replacement for version 7.1.

To support our customers during this transition period, Eleveo will offer limited support for version 7.1 until the end of 2025 with the following important limitations:

Patching of critical application or security issues will be performed on a case-by-case basis
The operating system will no longer be patched as the vendor discontinues support
Eleveo may decide to release ad hoc patches for third-party component
No regular maintenance patches will be provided

Version 8.3 - This is a Feature To Market Version (F2M) Version and contains WFO, WFM and User Management.

This release also introduces support for Screen Capture Client for WebexCC.

Due to major changes, it is not recommended that you try to install this version without prior Eleveo training or Eleveo PS involvement. Also, please carefully review the release notes for this and previous versions, as some functionality has changed.
